What a clean,beautifully furnished, spacious villa and a fabulous location for the Disney Parks. Wonderful pool and so clean!!
Supermarket is only a few minutes away in the car.
Had a fabulous 2 weeks in this very well equipped villa and would definately recommend it to other people.
What more could you want for a wonderful holiday in Florida.

Six of us (all adults) stayed at the villa over the May half term holiday. We were really impressed on arrival at the security on the estate and how lovely and quiet the area is. In addition, the villa was immaculate when we arrived, everywhere decorated and furnished to a very high specification and standard. The villa is very comfortable and the pool gave many hours enjoyment to our 19-22 year old children and adults too. We used the Walmart supermarket for food and ate out most days wherever we happened to be, although the kitchen is well equipped.
The villa is very handy for all the main sights and whilst there we visited :
Epcot / Magic Kingdom / Seaworld / Kennedy Space Centre / Gator Land / Busch Gardens / Universal Studios / Disney Boardwalk / Hard Rock Cafe gave us a behind the scenes tour of their pop memorabilia
We would not hesitate to visit The Tylers Holiday Villa again and recommend it highly to anyone contemplating Florida as a holiday destination.

Sally and Steve's villa is amazing. It is beautifully furnished, very spacious, extremely well equipped and very comfortable. It is in a quiet, secure location but close enough to the shops and restaurants, and DisneyWorld isn't far away. We favoured Publix Supermarket, which has lovely fresh food and plenty of quality brand names, and easy to pop into on the way back home from a day at DisneyWorld. The pool and jacuzzi were fantastic after a hot day visiting Minnie and Mickey and their friends! We all had a fabulous holiday and thoroughly enjoyed the villa.

Our family stayed at the Villa over spring break this year and really enjoyed the house. The pool and spa were terrific, as were the other amenities around the house. And the location is great, close enough to shopping, restaurants, and golf but also not too far from Orlando for Disney or dinner. Definitely recommend it.

Great Villa,
we had a wonderful time. Disney/Orlando very easy to get to. Local facilities plentiful and readily accessible. Villa was well equipped and nice and clean. Our two boys (7 and 14) voted it the best holiday yet!!
No hesitation in recommending at all.

WOW! What a fabulous villa with a super location!
The villa was spotless and had every convenience of home and more. The gated community was wonderful to walk around. The local lake located within the gates was very peaceful and welcomed many interesting wildlife 'friends'. The local rental mngmt. company was extremely welcoming and well organized. Would highly recommend this property to any couple or their entire family. Plenty of room for all. Spoil yourself... enjoy the comforts of this villa and make your memories that will last a lifetime! Enjoy!

The whole holiday has far exceeded our expectations!
Villa is wonderful. Must do’s : Discovery Cove, Seaworld and Animal Kingdom.
Good family dining at Bob Evans. Excellent groceries at Publix. Enjoy, we certainly did and hope to return.
We are still sulking – about having to come home!
We are all completely bowled over by the villa, the people, the attractions, the cost of living – you name it!
We had a fabulous time and will plan to go back as soon as finances permit. I have passed on your website address to a couple of people already.
We left comments and recommendations for future visitors in the ‘visitors book’. Thanks, it was lovely and we’re dead jealous!

A fabulous holiday - Action packed all the way!
Villa superb - loved the Jacuzzi the few times we managed to stay still for a while! Eating out was great and so was the Californian Red wine. Going home for a rest and to save for our next holiday.
